Where Do I Apply?
It’s simple, type your postcode above and our application process will determine if you qualify within 60 seconds. If you do qualify, then all grant applications, surveys, installations and aftercare will be provided directly by us.
What’s the Process?
Fill in your postcode, we will take you through the qualifying criteria and, if approved we will contact you to survey your property. After the successful survey, our professional and accredited installation team will complete the install. Once completed, our aftercare customer services team will come round to inspect our work.

If you are a homeowner or tenant living in private rented property, and currently in receipt of one or more of the qualifying benefits, you are eligible to apply. Tenants in council owned properties or housing association homes are not covered by the scheme. Get in touch with us if you are unsure about your eligibility.

Yes, if you are not in receipt of any of the qualifying benefits mentioned above, you may be eligible for a First Time Central Heating Grant under local authority ECO Flex Rules. These provide grants locally for some tenants who are considered likely to struggle to heat their homes.
Yes, in many cases it is totally free. First Time Central Heating Grants are provided by funding from the Affordable Warmth Scheme part of the Government’s ECO Scheme. You should not normally be expected to make a contribution to the costs.
First Time Central Heating Grants can cover the costs of supplying and installing a central heating boiler together with all the pipework and heating control panels. It would not normally cover additional costs such as if a gas main had to be connected to your home for the first time.
Absolutely. Some homeowners may have no gas mains at their property but there is still the possibility of benefiting from the scheme. This includes potential free upgrades from your current set-up, such as updating radiators to be storage heaters, or switching onto the economy 7 overnight supply.
